1. Limited Warranty Coverage:

We, RAT REPELLER TEAM , warrant that your Ultrasonic Rat Repeller Device (hence forth referred to as “the Device”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of [6 months] from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Service:

During the warranty period, if the Device fails to operate due to defects covered under this warranty, RAT REPELLER TEAM will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective Device with a new or refurbished unit. All replaced parts or devices shall become the property of RAT REPELLER TEAM.

3. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Misuse, abuse, or improper installation of the Device.

Accident, fire, flood, or other acts of nature.

Unauthorized modification or repair.

Use of the Device for purposes other than its intended use.

Normal wear and tear.

water entry will not cover in warranty.

4. Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and contact RAT REPELLER TEAM within the warranty period. You may be required to return the defective Device to us, postage prepaid. 5. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAT REPELLER TEAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from the use or inability to use the Device or any defect in the Device, even if RAT REPELLER TEAM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Warranty Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Device.

7. Governing Law:

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of RAT REPELLER TEAM , without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

8. Entire Agreement:

These warranty terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter here of and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter.

By using the Device, you agree to be bound by these warranty terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Device.
